1. I want to purchase and install ipMAGNET. Where do I start? Help me!!!!
   STEP 1: Did you purchase the product? If not, Purchase the License from the Website.
   STEP 2: Once you purchase the product, you will receive an email from REGSOFT.COM with download instructions.
   
   
2. How do I purchase the License so that I can Register?
   Purchase the License from Website
   
   
3. I downloaded and installed the ipMAGNET Evaluation Edition from your website. I just purchased ipMAGNET and I want to Register it. Do I have to re-download ipMAGNET from your site?
   How can I install the Registered Edition of ipMAGNET?
   1. Purchase the License from the Website
   2. If you already downloaded and installed the Evaluation Edition, Proceed to Step 4.
   3. Download and run ipmagnet-install.exe to install.
   4 Select About from the ipMAGNET Menu.
   5. Enter the Serial Number and Click the VALIDATE Button
   
   
   
4. How do I find out if I have the latest Version?
   1. Select About from the ipMAGNET Menu.
   2. Click the Check Upgrade Button.
   3. You have to be connected to the internet for this to work.
   4. You will be notified if you have the latest version or not.
   5. You can download the Latest Version from our Website.
   
   
5. I installed ipMAGNET. How do I find out which Version and Edition I have?
   Select About from the Menu. 
   You should see the following information at the top of the Dialog Box.
   1. Registered or Not Registered
   2. Version Number
   3. Edition.
   
   
   
6. I downloaded some patents using the Evaluation Edition. I have since registered ipMAGNET. Can the "ipMAGNET Evaluation Edition" watermark be removed?
   NO. You have to re-download the patents using the Registered Edition. The message that appear on the images downloaded using the Evaluation Version is permanent. It cannot be removed.
   
   
7. What are the minimum system requirements?
   System Requirements:
   OS: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/VISTA
   Screen: 256 color monitor capable of atleast 800 x 600 resolution.
   
   
   
8. Is there any limit on the number of patents that I can download at once using ipMAGNET?
   NO. There is no limit. However you are responsible to watch out for the daily number of downloads allowed by each Patent Office. You might be banned if you exceed the daily allowable limit. Please refer to the appropriate Patent Office for the daily allowable limit.
   Also, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the traffic at the Patent Office, there is a possibility that some of the Pages in the Patent might not be downloaded. So it is better to download a couple of patents at a time.
   
   
   
9. How do I Print the Patents using ipMAGNET?
   You cannot print the patents directly from ipMAGNET. You have to print the patents using your Viewer's Print Option.
